We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR professional to join our team at Unisystech Consulting Inc. As an HR Administration Professional, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR documents, such as employee contracts, onboarding paperwork, and personnel files.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
  • Provide administrative support in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Contribute to the resolution of employee issues and concerns, escalating to senior HR staff when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
