Incident Management Specialist for EMEA Operations

We are seeking highly skilled Incident Management Specialists to join our team at Sii Polska, supporting the current client's IM operations. As an Incident Manager, you will be responsible for leading the response to major incidents, ensuring effective communication and coordination until resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating across technical and business teams to resolve incidents efficiently
  • Taking ownership of major incidents and providing regular updates to senior management and affected business units on incident status and progress
  • Ensuring incidents are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during major incidents

To ensure success in this role, we require a proven track record of managing major incidents and driving them to resolution. You will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and application systems, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership and team management skills are also essential, particularly experience working in a large IT environment.

Additionally, you should have knowledge of incident management tools and software, such as ServiceNow, and be familiar with ITIL or other incident management frameworks.
