Are you a skilled IT professional looking for a challenging role in incident management?
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist - Incident Management to join our team at Devire IT Outsourcing.
Job Description:The successful candidate will oversee the lifecycle of IT incidents from identification through resolution, ensuring effective management within SLA targets.
- Act as the escalation point for complex incidents that cannot be resolved by first-level support.
- Coordinate and lead incident response teams during major incidents, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution.
- Monitor and manage the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of issues (ServiceNow).
- Evaluate critical incidents and escalate to higher-level support or relevant IT Teams as necessary.
Key Responsibilities include root cause analysis, identifying underlying problems and contributing factors. Generate and distribute incident reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange Online, ServiceNow experience.
