Product Development Strategist

At Antal, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our development team.
About the RoleAs a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in defining the product vision and strategic objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to guide the team in a direction that ensures the product delivers maximum value to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
Key Responsibilities- Define and communicate the product vision and development strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a clear understanding of the product's goals, objectives, and requirements.
- Plan and prioritize product features and improvements: Work closely with the development team to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs.
- Develop detailed product requirements and ensure clear communication with relevant teams: Create comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned on the product vision.
- Assess business value, prioritize initiatives, and adjust the roadmap accordingly: Conduct thorough analysis to evaluate the business impact of various initiatives and make informed decisions to optimize the product roadmap.
- Identify and remove obstacles to achieving sprint and release goals: Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery of product releases.
- Oversee product release planning and manage stakeholder expectations: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product releases, ensuring timely delivery and meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Act as a product representative both within the organization and externally, providing insights and answering inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related matters, providing guidance and expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
