Job Description:As a member of our international team, you will work closely with our foreign client in the telecommunications industry on developing and improving the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the implementation of projects and design new solutions based on customer requirements.
- Provide comprehensive solutions during the implementation of ServiceNow products.
- Implement business-defined functions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Evaluate the platform and recommend improvements to enhance customer solutions.
- Identify and resolve recurring issues by investigating underlying problems.
- Perform critical incident investigations and determine root causes to prevent recurrence.
- Test patches and updates in a non-production environment before applying them to production.
We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, particularly in ServiceNow, JavaScript, and ITIL. A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certificate is also a plus.
