Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategist to join our team at RZLT, a full-service Web3 growth house. As a pivotal member of our marketing department, you will play a key role in crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies and campaigns for RZLT and our clients.

As a Marketing Strategist, you will report directly to the Marketing Director and be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that drive high-quality outcomes. Your expertise will be crucial in creating detailed plans for product launches and ongoing campaigns, collaborating with our growth, analytics, social, content, and community teams to drive leads and conversions.

You will oversee the implementation of digital marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive branding and storytelling across all platforms. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to brainstorm innovative growth strategies and experiment with new platforms and channels to enhance marketing efforts.

Your responsibilities will also include measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing results against ROI and KPIs. You will provide data-driven insights and recommendations, optimizing strategies through A/B testing and continuous refinement.

To stay ahead of industry trends, you will conduct thorough market research and adapt strategies accordingly. Furthermore, you will manage client relationships and coordinate project execution, offering expert guidance to ensure successful marketing outcomes.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will support participation in industry events to expand brand reach and update website content to maintain relevance and competitiveness.

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with expertise in fintech, blockchain, or DeFi
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams
• A proven track record of creating and executing impactful marketing strategies
• Experience with SEO and performance marketing will be highly valued
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and hands-on experience in the Web3 space
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to drive data-informed decisions
• Passion for thriving in a collaborative, high-growth environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• A willingness to learn and roll up your sleeves
• Experience in an agency environment is a strong advantage
