We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the efficient processing of client transactions, managing relationships with payment service providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Processing: Oversee daily payment operations, execute clients' transactions according to SLA, and ensure all documentation meets internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Verification and Risk Assessment: Review and verify customer-provided documents, conduct risk assessments, and flag suspicious activity for collaboration with compliance and risk management teams.
  • Customer Support: Assist customer service teams in resolving payment-related and KYC-related inquiries and escalations, and provide guidance on payment processes to improve the customer experience.
