We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive deals, close value, and build meaningful relationships with clients.
As a key member of our team, you will own the client relationship from initial contact to contract signature, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in B2B sales, IT services, and CRM implementation, with excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the Deal - qualifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, and building proposals that balance risk, value, and client impact
- Building Winning Proposals - working cross-functionally to co-create proposals that resonate technically, strategically, and commercially
- Knowing When to Walk Away - identifying red flags and dropping low-potential deals before they consume valuable time
- Sealing the Deal with Strategy - understanding what makes a client say yes and delivering that through trust, clarity, and confidence
- Staying Involved Post-Signature - monitoring delivery progress, keeping the rationale tight, and stepping in if changes are needed to protect both client value and our interests

Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in B2B sales, IT services, or related field
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level)
- Experience with CRM tools, Agile methodologies, and Scrum/Kanban frameworks
