Job Description:
**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Sales Division as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, efficiently processing customer inquiries and orders, and building strong relationships with our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and orders via various touch points, including phone, email, and chat.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to grow their business and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
* Continuously monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
* Minimum vocational education, with a bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or Business preferred.
* 2 years' experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
* Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
