Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Poland. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in Ukrainian, Russian, and English languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing comprehensive customer service in the financial area, including problem-solving and innovative solution delivery
  • Delivering first-class customer experience through positive interactions and a strong support team impression

Requirements:

  • Excellent Ukrainian and Russian language skills (C1/C2/Native) and good command of English (B2)
  • Availability to work full-time with flexible shifts
  • Empathy, active listening, and time management skills
