Customer Service Liaison with Dutch Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist with Dutch fluency to join our team in Łódź. As a key member of our ssc sector in the manufacturing area, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a daily impact on our business and interface with various levels of management.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume B2B business, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, co-packers, and internal departments through proactive and professional communication.
- Process and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, providing accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Daily, complete a high volume of incoming orders into the SAP system accurately, following orders through the system from entry to invoicing.
- Negotiate with Planning and Distribution teams for product availability and expedite shipments, coordinating backorders as needed.
- Validate customer pricing and alert the team to necessary contract modifications.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years in a Customer Service role or Order Management role, with a strong background in communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with manufacturing industry or B2B experience strongly preferred.
- At least 3 years of SAP experience is an asset, as is Salesforce knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
