About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist with Dutch language skills to join our team at Antal Sp. z.o.o. in Łódź. As a key member of our ssc sector in the manufacturing area, you will be responsible for managing high-volume B2B business and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and take ownership of all incoming customer queries
  • Provide accurate and timely communication to internal and external customers
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, co-packers, and internal departments
  • Guarantee quality services and daily complete a high volume of incoming orders into the SAP system accurately
  • Negotiate with Planning and Distribution teams for product availability and expedite shipments and coordinate backorders
  • Validate customer pricing and alert the team of necessary contract modifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years in a Customer Service role/Order Management role
  • Communicative or Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Manufacturing industry or B2B experience strongly preferred
  • At least 3 years of SAP experience preferred
  • Salesforce knowledge is an asset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with various levels of management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
