About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Barry Callebaut Group. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Specialists, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Customer Service Specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality service to our customers.
  • Maintain a high-quality work environment and motivate the team to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Balance workload to ensure consistent service levels and meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor data accuracy and provide constructive feedback to the team to improve their performance.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for service issues and provide timely resolutions to customer complaints.
  • Support and lead improvement projects within Customer Service to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Manage the entire order lifecycle in SAP, from entry to invoicing, to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Distribution teams to manage backorders and expedite shipments to meet customer demands.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in supervising and mentoring a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
  • Experience with SAP and other relevant software systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet customer expectations.
