Sales Growth Expert with GTM Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive our go-to-market (GTM) strategies and accelerate sales growth in a fast-paced tech environment. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in developing and executing effective sales plans, leveraging cutting-edge sales automation and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement cold outreach sequences across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email, and phone, to identify and target high-potential markets.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Build and optimize automated LinkedIn campaigns using tools like Dux-Soup, Reply.io, Waalaxy, etc., and drive email automation campaigns using platforms like Mailshake, Woodpecker, or similar.
- Closing Deals & Relationship Management: Lead sales calls, demos, and negotiations to secure new partnerships and meet revenue targets, while fostering strong client relationships for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- GTM Strategies: Proven understanding of GTM strategies, from ICP design to multi-touch outbound campaigns.
- Sales Automation: Experience with automated LinkedIn and email outreach tools, as well as CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar, and workflow automation platforms like Make, Zapier.
- AI-Powered Sales Tools: Working knowledge of AI-powered sales and marketing tools for lead enrichment, personalization, and analytics.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.
