Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate support to Internet resource users via online chat and email.
- Process client requests and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Verify data and provide accurate information to clients.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles and customer service.
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours.
- Fluency in English (Russian language skills are a plus).
- Attention to detail, stress resistance, and punctuality.
- Ability to analyze and make decisions independently.
