Job Description

SmartResearch s.r.o. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical and information support services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate support to Internet resource users via online chat and email.
  • Process client requests and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Verify data and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and customer service.
  • Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours.
  • Fluency in English (Russian language skills are a plus).
  • Attention to detail, stress resistance, and punctuality.
  • Ability to analyze and make decisions independently.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
