Software Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled software development professional to join our team. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for identifying and executing high-value opportunities that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and retention.

  • You will develop high-quality, reusable, and scalable code using multiple technologies, including React Native, TypeScript, Go, Java/Kotlin, and AWS.
  • Your role will involve designing and implementing APIs to communicate between front-end and back-end systems.
  • You will rapidly prototype solutions to complex problems and contribute to code reviews, sprint rituals, hiring, and mentoring.
  • You will also contribute to the architecture and technical roadmap of our software systems, balancing short-term goals with long-term scalability and maintainability.
  • Create clear and articulated plans for software implementation and testing.

About the Role:

The primary goal of this position is to accelerate customer and revenue growth across US and International markets. You will work on rapidly prototyping solutions to customer problems, running A/B tests, and iterating with speed - all while ensuring your work meets our platform standards and long-term product vision.

This role reports directly to the Engineering Manager, based in Poland.
