Cloud Software Engineering Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Cloud Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on developing and maintaining innovative cloud-based solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technology, including AWS serverless and public cloud infrastructure.
  • This role involves leading the development of microservices architecture, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions while minimizing technical risks.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to define and build technical solutions, driving architectural discussions and championing good developer practices within the team.
  • Your expertise in Terraform, Java, JavaScript (React.js), and CI/CD pipelines will be essential in guiding the development of solutions that meet the highest standards.
  • As a member of our agile environment, you will be responsible for supervising development activities, defining architecture, and implementing best practices across the team.
  • You will also contribute to the creation of unit tests using Spock, e2e tests in Cucumber, and contract-based tests in PACT.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining cloud-based solutions, focusing on scalability and performance.
  • Leading the implementation of microservices architecture and ensuring its alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and build technical solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  • Guiding team members in adopting best practices, including Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
