Procurement / HR Support Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement / HR Support professional to join our team at Cesi Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for purchasing supplies and services for our locations in Berlin, Mannheim, and Prague. You will also serve as the interface for our local HR service provider, handling personnel administration for 20 employees and serving as the primary contact for HR-related matters in Prague.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Purchasing supplies and services for our locations
* Coordinating with internal departments to meet their needs
* Preparing national and international tenders
* Negotiating and drafting contracts with suppliers and service providers
* Preparing decision papers for management on placing orders
* Developing and maintaining master data on suppliers and service providers
* Supporting supplier evaluations
* Monitoring the supplier market

**Requirements:**

* University degree in economics or related field
* Professional experience in purchasing or personnel administration
* Strong knowledge of common software applications, especially SAP
* Organizational talent with a systematic and analytical approach
* Excellent communication and diplomatic skills
