Join Schleich GmbH as a Procurement / Raw Material Trader and embark on a thrilling adventure in our dynamic and innovative company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and optimize our procurement processes to guarantee timely delivery of raw materials in line with production plans.
  • Manage the procurement process, ensuring the timely delivery of raw materials and maintaining a reliable supply chain network.
  • Conduct thorough market analyses and track relevant market indices to inform procurement strategies.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on a monthly basis, leveraging market indices to secure favorable conditions and terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure a reliable supply chain network.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards through the use of scorecards and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to synchronize activities in the supply chain with production, logistics, and delivery planning.
  • Prepare detailed reports and market analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.
