Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen Procurement Specialist, der unsere Lieferkettenprozesse optimieren und unsere Beschaffungsprozesse effizient gestalten möchte.

Deine Herausforderungen:
  • Überwachung und Verbesserung der Lieferkettenprozesse für Rohstoffe zur Gewährleistung von Effizienz und Kostenwirksamkeit
  • Verwaltung des Beschaffungsprozesses und Gewährleistung der rechtzeitigen Lieferung von Rohstoffen zur Einhaltung der Produktionspläne
  • Durchführung gründlicher Marktanalysen und Verfolgung relevanter Marktindizes als Grundlage für Beschaffungsstrategien
  • Aufnahme von monatlichen Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten unter Nutzung von Marktindizes zur Sicherung von Bedingungen und Konditionen
  • Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu Lieferanten und Interessengruppen, um ein zuverlässiges Lieferkettennetz zu gewährleisten
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Lieferstandards durch den Einsatz von Scorecards und anderen Leistungsmetriken
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, um die Aktivitäten in der Lieferkette mit der Produktions-, Logistik- und Lieferplanung abzustimmen
  • Erstellung detaillierter Berichte und Marktanalysen zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung und strategischen Planung
