The Medical Sales Representative plays a critical role in promoting CSL Behring's products and services to healthcare professionals and patients.

About the Position

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to promote CSL Behring's products and services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products and expand existing ones.
Responsibilities

You will work closely with the CEE Commercial Lead to:

  • Develop and implement promotional materials and campaigns to support product launches.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to educate customers and healthcare professionals about CSL Behring's products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a scientific or business field.
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a representative or account manager role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales promotion and product education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment.
