Medical Sales Representative

The Medical Sales Representative plays a critical role in promoting CSL Behring's products and services to healthcare professionals and patients.
About the PositionIn this position, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategies to promote CSL Behring's products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products and expand existing ones.
You will work closely with the CEE Commercial Lead to:
- Develop and implement promotional materials and campaigns to support product launches.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to educate customers and healthcare professionals about CSL Behring's products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a scientific or business field.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a representative or account manager role.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales promotion and product education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment.
