Job Description

We are seeking an Agile Transformation Specialist to join our Screen Engagement Interfaces Tribe in the Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division. The main objective of this Tribe is to deliver Euroclear customers frontend services and products in a reliable and stable manner, monitor their activities, enable reporting, and allow transactions execution.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Agile team lives Agile values and principles and follows pre-agreed Agile processes and practices.
  • Facilitate team work, clear obstacles, and help the team be more efficient while protecting them from outside interruptions and distractions.
  • Work largely autonomously in complex situations, such as multiple cross-domain dependencies or high frequency of change or uncertainty.
  • Act as a roadblock-mover for the team.
  • Understand Agile principles and values, involved in helping with team's intake, define and break down requirements, and work items.
  • Bring the dynamic of continuous improvement in the team.
  • Coach team to adapt to an environment where Agile is not fully deployed/understood.
  • Interact with people outside Agile team to coach them in Agile methodology, clarify how they can best contribute to delivery team.
  • Increase efficiency of Agile team through organizing/facilitating scrum events & decision-making processes, removing impediments, and facilitating team transparency and share progress using appropriate communication channels.
  • Plan and coordinate testing environment deployments and application/system integration testing.
  • Work with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve quality, productivity.
  • Coach team to be self-organized and cross-functionality as well as adopt Agile practices.
  • Collect and analyze team KPIs (velocity).
  • Follow-up, report, and contribute to risk management (e.g. compliance, security, procurement/finance).
  • Ensure deliverables follow guidelines and standards (e.g. documentation).
  • Conduct team's planning sessions and translate them into capability plans.
  • Provide guidelines to Product Owner to take on PO role and manage Product Backlog (with dependencies, ambiguity, volatility, architectural and infrastructural complexity).
