About the Role

CroX, a pioneering B2B marketplace, is seeking a highly ambitious Sales Development Representative to spearhead business growth in the DACH region.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving new business through strategic lead generation, and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) with a background in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, particularly in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Fluent German language skills (C2 level) and excellent English proficiency.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of €47,000 - €60,000 per year, plus uncapped commission potential.
