About the Role

AltexSoft is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Consultant to lead customer acquisition and management efforts within the Travel & Hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with C-level executives to drive revenue growth.
  • Nurture relationships with key customer profiles, ensuring seamless engagement across the sales cycle.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software development services.
  • 2+ years of experience in Travel & Hospitality or Travel Technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record in winning new business.
  • Experience driving B2B deals with $1M+ ARR.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Experience working with senior management and business owners to align sales strategies.
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve targets.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and client-focused approach to engagement.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
