We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Associate to join our team and contribute to our digital innovation efforts.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, sociology, data science, market research, customer experience, user experience, marketing, or a related field. They will be responsible for engaging in communication and knowledge sharing within the CX community across VIG companies in Europe.

Key responsibilities include identifying and sharing CX best practices, supporting the organization of meetings, webinars, workshops, and CX events, managing and developing the online knowledge-sharing platform, creating materials such as presentations, surveys, and internal news in English, and archiving materials and managing the "CX Voice" newsletter.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University studies in psychology, sociology, data science, market research, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), marketing, or a related field
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level) – mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with feedback gathering tools (e.g., Webankieta, Hotjar, Slido) – a plus
  • Working knowledge of digital workshop tools such as Figma or Miro – a plus
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry – advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on collaboration
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
