About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving growth in the Czechia and Slovakia regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our channel partners, understanding their needs, pain points, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposals and close deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area, exploring untapped markets and driving revenue growth.
  • Become an expert on Hitachi's air conditioning products, articulating their value proposition to partners and end customers.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed, keeping a pulse on market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements
  • Native Czech speaker fluent in English.
  • Previous success in channel/direct sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Experience of business-to-business technical solutions sales.
  • Technical acumen with good HVAC knowledge.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; results-oriented mindset; strategic thinking.
  • Driving license – active driver and willingness to travel.
  • Advanced user of Ms Office.
