We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Zásilkovna. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the Prague-West and West Bohemia regions, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients in the Prague-West and West Bohemia regions, ensuring retention and growth of existing business.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
