As a Global Supply Chain Strategist, you will be responsible for driving the planning of product enhancements by carefully analyzing operation data, user feedback, and competitive landscape. You will provide accurate and frequent product insights to drive warehouse operation excellence, create and manage product design tasks, understand and manage vendor systems to ensure stable operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay close to our key business stakeholders, understand their visions about business growth, and translate the needs into product roadmaps.
  • Drive the planning of product enhancements by carefully analyzing operation data, user feedback, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide accurate and frequent product insights to drive warehouse operation excellence.
  • Create, assign, and manage product design tasks.
  • Understand and manage vendor systems to ensure stable operations.

Requirements

  • Logistics experience with over 5 years of product management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and previous experience with WMS is a must.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of addressing issues with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to research and benchmark.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
