About the Role

As an Executive Account Strategist at Infor, you will play a crucial role in driving mutual value for small and medium-sized customers. Your primary focus will be on building and executing account strategies that align with customer business objectives and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trust-based relationships within accounts to expand relationships horizontally and vertically.
  • Ensure consistent communication with executive teams through annual partnering reviews.
  • Understand and drive customer strategic vision, buying decisions, and value drivers.
  • Effectively manage customer escalations and satisfaction levels.
  • Align Infor pillars such as Sales, Services, Support, and Product Development throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Coordinate customer access to product and technical experts.
  • Work with customers to obtain unqualified references.
Value Realization

You will ensure customers derive maximum value and achieve desired business outcomes from their investment in Infor solutions. This includes helping customers define their annual roadmaps, working with them to define solution adoption and expansion plans, and advocating product roadmap enhancements on their behalf.

Requirements
  • ERP experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in European languages is preferred, with native-level fluency in any Scandinavian language being a distinct advantage
