The Role of Senior Commercial Specialist involves developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

About the Job

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products and expand existing ones.
Responsibilities

You will work closely with the CEE Commercial Lead to:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Provide regular updates to the CEE Commercial Lead on sales progress and challenges.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a scientific or business field.
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a senior or management role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment.
