Your Impact

We are an international engineering company providing services in the field of technical consulting, design, and investment project management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing tasks listed below and other duties relating to facilities operation in our Krakow office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing reception health and safety management, complying with the office baseline
• Visitor management including maintaining visitor and staff attendance records and issuing Visitor badges
• Reception housekeeping management and preparation and management of Access Control system
• Emergency evacuation support and Switchboard management
• Incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, Procurement of Office stationery and supplies
• Internal mail box management, Guest car parking management and FM Support to wider REO team
• Supporting Technical team with first floor meeting space bookings

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
