
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support via email and chat.
Your mission is to ensure every customer has a seamless, helpful, and friendly experience with our product. You will work independently to investigate and resolve issues, proactively guiding customers toward data-driven success.
To succeed in this position, you will need strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Experience working with support management software and CRM systems is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer support requests and respond in a timely manner
- Verify accounts for spam/phishing prevention
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for technical customer queries
- Independently solve clients' requests and issues
- Engage proactively with customers to assist with onboarding, user adoption, and retention strategies
You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of our knowledge base by creating and updating support articles and documentation. If necessary, you will initiate collaboration with the Product Owner or Development Team to find possible answers and/or workarounds to suggest to customers.
Our ideal candidate will have 1.5+ years of experience in technical/product support for a SaaS product and advanced English skills, both written and spoken. They will be flexible and able to adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
