Customer Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative individual to fill the position of Customer Support Representative.

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch at C1/C2 level and English at B2 level are required for successful interaction with clients and stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of additional European languages is an asset for effective collaboration and customer service delivery.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary for tasks such as data analysis and presentation creation.
  • Previous work experience is considered beneficial for career growth and professional development.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to Amway Business Owners and customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to enquiries and requests from ABOs, customers, and prospects via different communication channels.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and support users with online platforms.
  • Contribute to projects in various departments outside of regular responsibilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Direct unresolved requests and enquiries to further support levels and other departments, ensuring seamless customer service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Good understanding of additional European languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Previous work experience is considered advantageous.
