Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Access Strategist to join our team in the CEE region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare dynamics, as well as experience in developing and executing market access strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market access strategies for the CEE region, aligned with global objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders involved in approving new medicines and the healthcare reimbursement and listing processes in the dedicated region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access functions, to ensure successful product launches and growth.
  • Drive access strategies and initiatives in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia, and support Commercial Team Nephrology in these countries.
  • Be in active contact with other Market Access CEE Vifor and Vifor Regional and Global Market Access roles.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a business or life science-related discipline, with additional education in Political Science, Health Economics, Public Policy/Administration preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry in the areas of Market Access.
  • Deep understanding of government policies and programs in the Czech Republic & Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia.
  • Good commercial background, health economics knowledge, and experience in aligning market access strategies with government policies and programs.
  • Language requirement: A high level of English skills are mandatory, and any additional language from the dedicated territory is a plus.
