Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team at int2code GmbH. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, developing strategic relationships with business partners, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new customers through effective use of various tools and methods, such as cold calling.
- Developing and implementing a business development strategy to grow revenue.
- Researching leads, investigating accounts, analyzing the market, and building target lists.
- Identifying and analyzing customer needs and tailoring the company's offering to meet those needs.
- Proactively seeking new opportunities for collaboration with clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Background in a similar role in the automotive and aircraft customer acquisition market.
- Good knowledge of the IT market, including trends and competition.
- Fluency in English (C1).
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Independence, entrepreneurial spirit, determination to achieve goals.
- Good knowledge of and activity on LinkedIn.
Working at int2code GmbH:
- Flat structure.
- International projects.
- No dress code.
- You can have your office where you want.
Preferred Skills:
- German language knowledge.
About Us:
We are a small team of real experts where the hierarchy is flat, and the main focus is put on customer projects. We have been working exclusively remotely since 2017. We develop software modules in C and/or C++ for automotive and avionic projects, starting from requirements analysis through implementation and unit tests to integration on the bench. We work directly with Tier 1 suppliers and best automotive OEMs. Mostly new features development.
