Job Description

We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead B2C sales development in France. You will build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive commercial success for our precision farming solutions.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive commercial growth.
  2. Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  3. Providing technical advice and product demonstrations to customers.
  4. Monitoring market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Collaborating closely with internal teams and local distributors to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

We also value candidates with a background in agriculture, agronomy, or a related technical field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in agricultural machinery and/or precision agriculture technologies.
