Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Lawyer to spearhead our U.S. legal presence and provide comprehensive legal support for our projects and processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing full legal support for our company's operations, including handling high-level tasks independently and working autonomously on key projects;
- Mentoring less-experienced legal colleagues and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Supporting business activities in the US, including employment and freelance engagement issues, financial and tax operations, and contract analysis;
- Monitoring current legislation and updates to maintain our company's regulatory compliance and inform business planning decisions;
- Collaborating with our agents, service providers, and contractors to ensure seamless business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of dynamic legal experience in a reputable law firm or as an in-house lawyer;
- Proven expertise in corporate, commercial, contractual, labor, IP, and tax law, with experience in cross-border economic activities;
- Excellent business correspondence and negotiation skills;
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken;
- The ability to work according to US business hours and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
