German Service Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled German service desk specialist to join our client team in Brno. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess fluency in German and English (B2 level or higher) and have strong problem-solving skills, customer orientation, and experience in similar positions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level teams when necessary.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and user satisfaction.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately 40,000 CZK per month, commensurate with experience, plus benefits that include hybrid work model, long-term and stable employment, performance-based bonus, financial rewards for referrals, meal allowance, Multisport card, benefit card, comprehensive training, 25 days of paid vacation, and modern offices located in Brno.
Requirements- Fluency in German and English (B2 level or higher).
- Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, and general support tasks.

- Previous experience in a similar position is a significant advantage, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including occasional night shifts and public holidays.
