Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team and become a subject matter expert on the Cookie Information Consent Management Platform. As a key member of our Support team, you will work closely with our customers' technical teams and power users to ensure seamless user experience.

About the Role
  • Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to customers using our platform.
  • Analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions to resolve technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to gather feedback and improve the platform.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with in-browser developer tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Database knowledge and experience with retrieving and analyzing customer data.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with tag management systems.
