Job Description
As a German Speaking Card Dispute Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Handling Cases and Solving Problems
Investigate cases, communicate with customers via email or phone, and prevent fraud by translating messages between German and English, while adhering to all rules and policies related to card services.

Keeping Records and Following Rules
Carefully document case details, participate in checks and audits, and ensure that all actions align with established rules and regulations.

Working with Teams and Partners
Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales, Finance, or Compliance, and external partners to maintain smooth operations, help team members with tasks, suggest process improvements, and support training activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess fluency in German and English (written and spoken), strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to change. Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office 365) and an understanding of compliance principles are also essential. Experience in customer service, administrative tasks, and payment card services is an asset.
