aqua cloud GmbH is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our global sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for working with qualified leads from midsize to enterprise European businesses, provided by our lead generation/qualification team, and seeing them through to closure.

Our sales team doesn't just 'sell.' We provide our customers with tailored solutions that usually end up in a sale.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will be supported by a well-documented process, sales scripts, product training, automated tools, and managerial support. This position is an integral part of our cohesive sales team, which includes qualifying Sales Representatives, closing Sales Executives, and supporting Customer Success specialists.

This role may seem straightforward, but it's not without its challenges: receiving a pass from the SDR team and turning it into a resounding goal. The good news? You're playing with an exceptional, premium, and innovative product that customers truly love.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting a structured sales process with prospects and successfully closing deals.
  • Delivering impactful sales pitches during workshops and follow-up discussions with customers.
  • Identifying key customer expectations and tailoring the negotiation process and the offer to meet those expectations.
  • Familiarizing yourself with product documentation, our value proposition, and customer profiles.
  • Continuously educating yourself to improve and deepen your understanding of QA processes in IT.
  • Utilizing CRM software to manage prospects and document achieved results on a daily basis.
Requirements and Qualifications

We expect the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proficiency in German and/or English at the C1-C2 level, enabling you to effectively engage with German and English-speaking customers through both written communication and live dialogue.
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in remote B2B sales / deals closing, with demonstrated success in previous roles.
  • A strong understanding of sales theory, familiarity with the sales process stages, and the ability to handle objections while maintaining a focus on results.
  • Previous experience in IT sales, particularly in SaaS or educational products targeting similar market segments, and familiarity with software development and QA process.
  • The ability to address both technical and business challenges with effective solutions.
  • Willingness to deepen your knowledge and expertise in the software development lifecycle.
  • Determination and a strong drive to achieve your personal success through your own performance.
