We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria as a Customer Service Representative.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, offering support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience via email, chat, and phone.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Handling customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Communicating effectively via various channels
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the brand and its products
- Researching and providing accurate solutions to customer questions
To succeed in this position, you will require:
- Fluency in Czech (near native level – written & verbal)
- Advanced English skills (written & verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good typing and computer skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- High school education or higher
