We are looking for an experienced individual with a passion for technology and problem-solving to provide technical assistance to our clients, ensuring smooth system operations, and supporting business needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements, assist in estimating effort, and recommend solutions that align with best practices.
  • Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Maintain client documentation, system configurations, and release notes.
  • Support release management activities to ensure smooth deployments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or business analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with APIs and real-time communications.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools.
  • Experience in financial services software (a plus).
  • Basic programming knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL, C, C++, .NET, or UNIX/Linux (a plus).
  • Knowledge of the banking/payment industry.
