Customer Service Representative with German Language Expertise

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1) are essential, as well as experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce.com.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inbound leads and initiate outbound cold calls/emails
- Identify key stakeholders and generate interest in potential clients
- Assist in building training materials and work instructions
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty
- Engage with internal and external teams via email, phone, and CRM tools
- Work collaboratively with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth communication
