Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • MS Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to manage daily tasks and projects
  • Medical Billing Experience: Previous experience in medical billing or a related field (an asset)
