Job Description:
As an Operational Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality relationships with international partners, effectively reflecting these connections within the organization's leadership, and facilitating task delegation. This role involves closely following complex tasks requiring organization, planning, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication both within and outside the company
- Facilitate the CEO's accessibility for addressing internal questions and decision-making
- Enable the CEO to remain accessible for addressing internal questions and decision-making in a growing company
Requirements:
- Degree in management, economics, or industrial management from a quality educational institution
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Critical thinking skills
- Discretion
- International environments
- Excellent English proficiency
- Holds a driver's license (optional)
