Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Support & Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and security controls as part of our Salesforce Administration role.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and security controls.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of all incoming customer inquiries while staying aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT to support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum principles and the ability to use Jira. You should also have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a good understanding of the Salesforce platform and desire to continue learning new things.
In addition to these technical skills, we value candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
