We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to join our team as we expand our presence in the North American market. As an Agricultural Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.\
Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development of sales materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns;\
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency;\
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction;\
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance, customer interactions, and market insights;\
- Ensure seamless integration with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives;\
- Collaborate with the product development team to gather feedback, identify product gaps, and inform product roadmaps;\
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners;\
- Represent FieldBee at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to establish thought leadership and generate leads;\
- Conduct market research to stay informed about customer needs, preferences, and pain points;\
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of FieldBee's products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate with customers and prospects;\
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities;\
- Support business development initiatives, such as partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances;\
- Stay organized, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet sales targets and deadlines;\
