YOUR PROFILE 2+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments. Knowledge of messaging service such as Exchange 2016, 2019, Office 365, Microsoft Defender, proofpoint, ironport, archive Exchange, archive Enterprise Vault. Expérience with Mail Flows DNS Management as well as shared space solutions : Onedrive, Sharepoint, Cloud, Filer Nutanix, Sharefile Citrix. Administration and securing of cloud storage solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex end-user computing issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams. Certification in workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, Citrix Certified, Apple Certified Support Professional). Experience with cloud-based workplace environments and solutions.
