- 8+ years’ experience in product marketing, preferably within defense, aerospace, robotics or high-tech sectors.
- Proven experience launching products or components from scratch.
- Strong experience in market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
- Ability to translate user insights into product value and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset — able to connect user needs with company goals.
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams (software, hardware, production, marketing).
- Structured, proactive, and independent.
- Fluent English (B2+/C1), Ukrainian and/or Russian; other languages are a plus.

The Role
As Product Strategy & Marketing Manager, you will not only manage features but also shape the product’s value, positioning, and market impact. You will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies that align with customer needs, market trends, and business goals. Working across software, hardware, production, and the management teams, you will translate insights into go-to-market strategies and ensure our technologies are positioned to succeed globally.
